Drawing on her years of field work and direct engagement with local partners, she is especially adept at linking field programming, academic research, and government policy. …It is not an exaggeration to say that in my 25+ years [as an executive in international democracy assistance], Gabrielle Bardall is one of the very finest persons I have worked with in terms of the quality of her work, her professionalism, character, and personal integrity.”
“Gabrielle is a delight to work with. She has a passion for results rather than credit. She is a team player in a team effort. I have witnessed her ability to motivate and inspire women and men to achieve measurable impact in multiple countries and cultures as well as with a headquarters team.”
“Gabrielle served as a deep technical resource to colleagues across the organization [and] provided sustained and highly valuable inputs ….
